Invitation & Discovery

Hive Owner/Admin Initiates

A current Hive member (like Lime Rush in Hive 15) uses the "Invite Partner" button to send invitations to vetted home service providers

Industry Check

The platform automatically verifies that the invited business's industry isn't already filled in the Hive (only one member per industry allowed)

Hive Size Validation

Ensures the Hive hasn't reached its maximum capacity (5, 10, 15, or 20 members based on the Hive tier)

  • Leads ingested (contributed to the Hive pool)
  • Leads received (from other members' cross-promotions)
  • Lead conversion rates
  • 1:1 balance status

If members fall below performance targets, they enter remediation status with visible day counters

6
